This program provides down payment grants of up to 5% of the purchase price of a qualifying principal residence located within the city limits of El Paso Texas. The program funded 276 loans with over $1.3MM in down payment assistance. Strategic partnership with Freddie Mac has provided over $127,227 in additional down payment assistance to households at very low- and low-income earning levels.

Property must be located within the city of El Paso, Texas

• GRANT equal to 4% of Mortgage Amount (Ex: $200,000 = $8,000 GRANT)
